Please contact us prior to the 48 hour period before your session to initiate the process. Full refunds on deposits requested 48 hours prior to your individual session are granted. Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund as the refund may not be available immediately.

Groups, events, ceremonies and other designated appointments are not subject to the full refund policy.

Once a reading has been completed, a full refund is not possible. This ensures the integrity of the spiritual process and the protection of our clients' privacy.

Groups, events, ceremonies, and other designated appointments are non-refundable. Full booking amount due prior to event start time.

Refunds are not applicable for:
- Readings booked for custom or specific events or ceremonies, as will be outlined for the responsible party.
- Completed readings regardless of satisfaction.
- Any spiritual guidance provided after the initial booking period.
